System Support & Implementation Specialist

We are looking for a System Support & Implementation Specialist to join a support team for our client.

The role combines professional technical support, system implementation and deployment, ongoing operation and administration of learning management, academic management, and Moodle systems.

The position also includes providing professional service, guidance, and training to users in training organizations, colleges, and universities.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with technology, people, and training.

Requirements:

• Previous experience supporting and implementing complex information systems

• Knowledge of and experience with Moodle as an end user

• Experience as a Moodle administrator is an advantage

• Good understanding of information systems and software tools used in academic environments

• Experience with programming languages and databases is an advantage
