System Team Lead | Gush Dan Area

Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a System Team Lead for a leading organization in the Gush Dan area.

The role includes professional and personal leadership of a team of more than 5 employees, alongside responsibility for complex system infrastructure, DevOps, SecOps, and multi-cloud environments.

Responsibilities:

Managing and professionally leading a team of more than 5 employees

Building work plans, defining goals, assigning tasks, and monitoring execution

Providing professional support and guidance to team members

Conducting periodic performance reviews and leading the team toward achieving its goals

Managing system version installations and upgrades

Working closely with development, infrastructure, Cyber and SecOps, Monitoring and NOC teams, system analysts, users, and project stakeholders

Leading DevOps and SecOps processes

Working with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code

Implementing security controls across infrastructure environments

Planning and leading solutions across hybrid and public cloud environments including AWS, Azure, and GCP

Requirements:

More than 4 years of proven experience managing a technology team

Experience working in an organization with more than 1,500 users and 300 servers

Experience managing multi-task work plans

Experience working in Multi-Cloud environments

Proven professional experience with VMware

Knowledge and familiarity with information security infrastructure, F5, and Check Point

Full proficiency with Microsoft and Linux operating systems

Practical knowledge and experience with DevOps in hybrid environments
