A leading healthcare organization in Central Israel is looking for a Systems Analysis & Project Management Team Lead to manage a professional team and lead complex systems and technology projects with real impact on business and healthcare processes.

What You'll Do

• Manage, mentor, and professionally develop a team of Systems Analysts

• Own the team's roadmap, priorities, workload, deliverables, and performance

• Lead and support complex cross organizational projects from initiation through implementation

• Design system and technology solutions for business and healthcare needs

• Oversee system maintenance, incident management, and collaboration with software vendors

• Work closely with business, healthcare, and technology stakeholders

• Drive the adoption of new technologies, tools, and working methodologies

• Coach team members and strengthen their Systems Analysis and project leadership capabilities

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, or Health Systems Management, required

• 3+ years of direct management experience leading Project Managers and/or Systems Analysts, required

• 3+ years of experience in Systems Analysis and writing system specifications, required

• Hands on experience with SQL, required

• Strong experience leading complex projects and processes across multiple stakeholders

• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and organizational skills

Nice to have: Software Development experience or experience in a complex enterprise environment.

Strong advantage: Previous experience with healthcare systems.
