Mertens Malam Team is hiring a Systems Analyst for a leading organization in the Shfela area.

The role includes analyzing Digital systems, gathering business requirements, writing specification documents, and leading end-to-end technological solutions.

Responsibilities:

Analyze Digital systems and gather business requirements

Write system specification documents

Lead technological solutions from end to end

Work with REST APIs, Swagger, Jira, and Confluence

Collaborate with Development teams and business stakeholders in an advanced technological environment

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in Systems Analysis, requirements gathering, and specification writing

At least 3 years of experience working with REST API-based systems and creating Swagger specifications for service exposure

At least 3 years of experience with Digital systems

Hands-on experience defining technological solutions, assigning tasks to developers, and monitoring development processes

Experience with Jira, Confluence, and SwaggerHub or a similar platform

Strong system-level perspective with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
