Systems Analyst | Jerusalem

Mertens, a MalamTeam company, is looking for an experienced Systems Analyst to join an organization in Jerusalem

This is an opportunity to take a key role in analyzing and defining complex information systems, working closely with development teams, business stakeholders, and customers throughout the full development lifecycle

Responsibilities

Analyze and define requirements for new information systems and enhancements to existing systems

Write detailed requirements and system specification documents

Guide development teams and support development processes

Support QA, implementation, deployment, and training processes

Work closely with customers and business stakeholders to ensure systems are aligned with organizational needs

Perform control and validation processes throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

5+ years of experience in systems analysis

Experience analyzing information systems within a government institution

Strong ability to analyze complex systems

Proven experience writing system specification documents and performing control processes

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience writing complex SQL queries

Completion of a Systems Analysis course of at least 400 hours

Familiarity with Oracle TOAD

Previous development experience is an advantage
