Systems Practical Engineer (C-UAS project)

Join MANTAK's development team for complex systems. We are looking for a Hands On Practical Engineer who wants to take an active role in the development and integration of a product from the design phase to an operational state.

Responsibilities:

• Systems Engineering: Participate in defining system requirements, architecture, and sub-system interfaces.

• Integration: Execute integration across hardware, software, electronics, and mechanical systems.

• Testing & Validation: Take an active role in Verification & Validation (V&V) processes, including planning and executing performance tests.

• Collaboration: Work with defense industries and IDF Ground Forces branches (NESA, AMLACH, HATAL).

• Documentation: Write and maintain engineering documentation throughout the system's lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Certified Practical Engineer (Handesai) with at least 2 years of experience with complex systems – Mandatory.

• Familiarity with sensors, communication, and control systems – Mandatory.

• Independent learning capabilities, a strong team player, and the ability to delve into technical details – Mandatory.

• Experience in AFV (Armored Fighting Vehicles), defense, protection systems, and integrated platforms – Advantage.

• Familiarity working with IDF Ground Forces / MANTAK alumni – Advantage.
