Systems Trainer & Implementation

Comblack is recruiting a Systems Trainer & Implementation!

The role includes delivering in-person, virtual, and blended training sessions, implementing systems in Web and Salesforce environments, developing diverse training materials such as guides, presentations, and videos while incorporating AI tools, gathering and defining user requirements, and providing ongoing support to internal and external users.

What are we looking for?

• At least 3 years of experience delivering group training, implementing systems in Web environments, and working with Salesforce

• Proven experience creating training materials, guides, videos, and incorporating AI tools into training content

• Experience defining customer requirements, understanding business processes, and translating them into tailored training materials

• Ability to quickly learn new systems, work independently, handle demanding hours, and travel as needed

• Significant advantage for experience working in a large government or public-sector organization
