Pension & Gemel Team Leader | Herzliya Pituach

A leading institutional organization in Herzliya Pituach is seeking an experienced Pension & Gemel Team Leader to join its Operations Department and lead a professional, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the operations team, including professional mentoring, workload distribution, supervision, and employee development.

• Oversee operational processes such as onboarding, transfers, deposits, redemptions, and related activities.

• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and Capital Market Authority guidelines.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Service, Finance, and Investment departments.

• Analyze operational issues and manage exceptions.

• Monitor and ensure compliance with service and operational targets (SLAs).

• Prepare and present operational reports as required.

Requirements:

• Previous team management experience – mandatory.

• Proven experience in an operational role within an investment house, pension fund, insurance company, or other institutional financial organization.

• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

• High service orientation and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
