Tech Lead (Adtech)

We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead to join a growing company operating at the intersection of Programmatic Advertising and Performance Marketing.

This is a high-impact, broad technical role for someone who enjoys taking ownership across cloud infrastructure, production systems, internal platforms, and advertising technologies.

You will work closely with Product, Operations, and Business teams to ensure technical systems run reliably, support integrations with external platforms, and build scalable solutions that enable business growth.

This role is ideal for a technically strong professional who enjoys solving complex problems, working across multiple technology areas, and having direct ownership and impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and own technical projects across infrastructure, internal systems, and advertising platforms

• Manage, optimize, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure, servers, deployments, monitoring, and security

• Own production environments and proactively improve system reliability, availability, and performance

• Troubleshoot complex production and infrastructure issues and drive them through to resolution

• Support integrations with third-party platforms, APIs, and advertising technologies

• Drive automation and process improvements across infrastructure and technical operations

• Develop and maintain scripts and internal tools to improve operational efficiency

• Collaborate closely with Product, Business, and Operations teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions

• Establish and promote technical best practices across deployments, monitoring, security, and system management

• Support company IT operations, including Google Workspace, domain management, user onboarding, access management, and hardware setup

• Evaluate and implement technologies that improve scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Tech Lead, DevOps, Infrastructure, SRE, or Senior Engineering role

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and cloud infrastructure

• Experience managing Linux servers, networking, DNS, and production environments

• Strong troubleshooting and incident-resolution capabilities

• Strong scripting or development skills in Python, Node.js, Bash, or similar

• Experience with system monitoring, deployments, security, and production operations

• Experience supporting internal IT operations, including Google Workspace, domains, user management, and hardware

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and take broad technical ownership

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Fluent English – written and spoken
