Tech Lead & C# Expert

CodeValue is looking for a Tech Lead & C# Expert to join a challenging R&D project developing mission-critical systems in a high-quality, complex environment. This is a full-time, on-site position – 5 days a week in Yehud , combining hands-on development, technical leadership, solution architecture, and R&D leadership. Responsibilities • Lead the technical direction and R&D team. • Design and develop reactive, service-based systems with messaging and asynchronous communication. • Take ownership of solution architecture and technical decisions. • Combine hands-on C# development with technical leadership. • Work with complex and evolving requirements and multiple stakeholders. • Lead planning, execution, schedules, and technical delivery. • Work in air-gapped environments .

Requirements: • Strong experience with C# / .NET . • Experience as a Tech Lead / Team Lead / R&D Lead / Solution Architect . • Experience with service-based, messaging, and asynchronous systems. • Experience with mission-critical systems and high-quality software. • Experience in air-gapped environments – advantage. • Experience working with multiple stakeholders in corporate or defense environments. • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. • Tech Stack • C#, .NET 9, Docker, Docker Compose, RabbitMQ, Redis
