Are you a strong technical leader with a passion for building complex, scalable digital platforms? Our Digital Team is looking for an experienced Tech Lead to drive architecture, lead development teams, and deliver cutting-edge enterprise solutions.

This position balances hands-on coding, team mentorship, and strategic architecture. You’ll serve as the technical bridge between business goals and deep technology— championing best practices, code quality, and continuous innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor digital development teams, conduct Code Reviews, and establish engineering best practices.

• Hands-on Development: Code core infrastructure components, design REST APIs, and build shared, reusable architecture.

• Architecture & System Design: Own High-Level and Low-Level Design (LLD), Design Reviews, Microservices, and Event-Driven architecture.

• Integrations: Plan and execute seamless integrations with core legacy systems, third-party vendors, and enterprise services.

• Quality & Performance: Ensure high standards for code quality, system performance, security, and maintainability.

• DevOps & Delivery: Drive CI/CD pipelines, release management, and automation in an Agile, multi-project ecosystem.

• Innovation: Evaluate emerging technologies—including AI tools—to continuously evolve our tech stack.

Requirements

• Experience: 7+ years in software development; 3+ years as a Tech Lead in enterprise/multi-team environments.

• Education: B.Sc. in Computer Science or Software Engineering.

• Core Tech Stack: 3+ years of Full-Stack development with .NET 8+ and Angular.

• Cloud & DevOps: 2-3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure (App Services, Functions, APIM, Key Vault, Entra ID/B2C, Storage) and Azure DevOps / CI/CD Pipelines / Git.

• Architecture: Strong expertise in REST APIs, Microservices, and Event-Driven architectures.

• AI-Assisted Engineering: 1+ years of experience in AI-driven development (GitHub Copilot, VS Code AI extensions, etc.).

• Methodology: Proven background working in Agile environments.

Advantages (Nice to Have)

• Experience building shared enterprise platforms and cross-cutting infrastructure.

• Hands-on experience with Cloud Transformation initiatives.

• Background integrating Azure AI Services or custom AI/ML solutions.

• Prior experience in large enterprise or public sector environments.
