המשרה המקורית · נשמר לעיוןAbout Us: Zenity is the leader in AI Agent Security and the first company to bring an agent-centric security platform to market. As enterprises accelerate AI agent adoption, we are establishing the security framework for how AI agents are secured and governed at enterprise scale. We deliver full-lifecycle visibility, governance, detection, prevention, and response for AI agents from build time to runtime, across SaaS, home-grown platforms, and end-user devices. Backed by $180M+ in total funding, including a $125M Series C led by Norwest, with participation from SoftBank Vision Fund 2 and Microsoft's M12, Zenity is trusted by Fortune 500 and Global 2000 enterprises worldwide. Join us in shaping how AI agents are secured at enterprise scale. About the Role: We're looking for a Tech Lead Engineer to drive the technical strategy for Zenity's cross-platform endpoint agent — built in C#/.NET and hardened for production across macOS, Windows, and Linux. You'll own features end to end across a managed fleet of enterprise devices, stay hands-on writing code, and raise the technical bar for a distributed engineering team. This role also means setting the standard for how the team uses AI coding agents responsibly — fast, but production-grade.
Requirements: Requirements: • 8+ years building device agent software at enterprise scale, with a track record of leading complex technical initiatives end-to-end and mentoring engineers. • Deep expertise in endpoint agent development (EDR/XDR), OS internals, and security distribution (code signing, notarization/equivalent, MDM deployment), including reverse engineering and platform-specific facilities (eBPF on Linux; WFP, minifilters, kernel drivers on Windows). • High proficiency in C#/.NET (including P/Invoke); native systems languages (Swift, C/C++) are a strong plus for platform-specific extensions, as is PowerShell, shell scripting, or Python. • Experience delivering in Agile, CI/CD environments; large-scale cloud services experience is a plus. • Strong collaboration, pragmatism, and problem-solving in high-velocity, fast-changing settings. • Practical experience using AI coding agents/assistants (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot), with good judgment on when to delegate vs. go deep, and full ownership of reviewing and verifying AI-generated code for correctness, security, and performance.
