Tech Lead

We're looking for a talented and passionate Tech Lead who can take full ownership of all infrastructure, backend logic, and API design - and work closely with the frontend to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain backend services using NestJS

• Work withDB and Redis to build efficient data models and caching strategies

• Manage background processing with BullMQ

• Collaborate with frontend engineers working in React

• Own features from infrastructure to UI: design, develop, test, deploy, and monitor

• Contribute to architecture decisions and help shape our technical roadmap

• Work in a cloud-native environment and manage deployments, configuration, and

scalability.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience with NodeJS, NestJS, Postgres, Redis, and job queues

• Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance

• Ability to take ownership of end-to-end feature delivery, including frontend integration

• Cloud experience (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure)

• Experience with Terraform and infrastructure as code

• Understanding of data pipelines, ETL, and materialized views

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Amazon Aurora

• Familiarity with dbt or other data engineering tools

• Experience working with data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Redshift, Materialize)
