המשרה המקורית · נשמר לעיוןOverview: Hudson Rock is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to join our fully remote team.
You will serve as a trusted technical partner to our customers, helping them get the greatest possible value from our cyber threat intelligence platform. You’ll work closely with large clients to understand their intelligence requirements, support the successful adoption of our technology, and ensure our capabilities are aligned with their operational and security objectives.
This is a highly independent and customer-facing role. It requires someone who can combine cybersecurity expertise with strong relationship-management skills and who is comfortable working in the flexible, fast-moving environment of a growing company.
About Us: Hudson Rock is a cybercrime intelligence firm focused on eliminating the root cause of many modern breaches: infostealer-driven identity exposure. Powered by extensive automation and a lean technical footprint, the company actively protects over 150 organizations worldwide. Its flagship product, Cavalier, is a cyber threat intelligence platform built on provenance-first data from tens of millions of real infected machines. Cavalier integrates with identity providers to automatically revoke compromised access and delivers active Threat Feeds to block infostealer C2 servers, ClickFix networks, and Phishing-as-a-Service operations. The platform’s data is also available via an API-based Cybercrime Intelligence Feed, supporting seamless enrichment for existing security tools and workflows.
Role Description: The Technical Account Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for managing relationships with enterprise and mid-market customers using Hudson Rock’s Cavalier platform and related services. This role includes guiding customers through onboarding, configuration, and integration with identity providers and security tools, as well as providing ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for threat intelligence use cases. The Technical Account Manager collaborates with sales, product, and engineering teams to translate customer requirements into solutions, drive adoption of new features, and support proof-of-concept initiatives. Daily activities involve monitoring account health, preparing technical reports and recommendations, leading review calls, and ensuring customers receive timely, accurate guidance on mitigating infostealer-driven threats. The role may also contribute to documentation, playbooks, and best practices that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
• Strong account management skills, including relationship building, customer advocacy, and experience serving as a trusted technical advisor.
• Hands-on technical support and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose configuration issues, data integration challenges, and threat intelligence workflows.
• Experience collaborating with sales teams to support pre-sales conversations, demos, and proof-of-concepts for technical buyers.
• Project management capabilities to coordinate onboarding, integrations, and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts such as threat intelligence, identity security, incident response, and common attack vectors; experience with APIs and security platforms is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical explanations, reporting, and customer presentations.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple accounts, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop relationships with large and strategic customers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers following the completion of the sales process.
• Understand each customer’s technical environment, intelligence requirements, use cases, and security objectives.
• Lead customer onboarding and support the successful deployment and adoption of the platform.
• Provide technical guidance on how customers can integrate and operationalize our intelligence.
• Conduct regular customer meetings, platform reviews, training sessions, and technical workshops.
• Work with customers to identify relevant cyber-threat and CTI use cases.

• Comfortable collaborating across technical, commercial, research, and product teams.
• Able to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
