Technical AdOps

Wanted: Technical AdOps for an AdTech company in the Tel Aviv area. This is a very rewarding full-time position.

The chosen candidate will take complete ownership of integrating, optimizing, and scaling a sophisticated monetization infrastructure within a rapidly expanding technological environment. Job Responsibilities:

● Lead end-to-end technical integrations, managing the entire lifecycle from API documentation and initial setup through testing, debugging, and production deployment.

● Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain complex integrations across diverse traffic sources, demand platforms, tracking systems, and internal data-flow tools.

● Analyze technical and performance data to swiftly resolve web, API, and tracking issues, while proactively uncovering monetization optimization opportunities.

● Architect and deploy scalable workflows and automated solutions to streamline daily operations, reduce manual workloads, and support expansive technological growth.

Job Requirements:

● 2+ years of hands-on experience in Technical AdOps, AdTech Integrations, Technical Operations, or a similarly highly technical role.

● Comprehensive understanding of AdTech traffic, tracking systems, and monetization flows, including CPC/CPM/CPA, programmatic, native, and search feeds.

● Proven ability to independently implement API documentation, demonstrating strong knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP requests, JSON/XML feeds, macros, pixels, and server-to-server communication.

● Working proficiency in SQL for independent data querying and investigation, coupled with the ability to read and troubleshoot basic code (knowledge of Python or JavaScript is a distinct advantage).

● Experience utilizing modern automation and AI tools to enhance operational workflows, paired with excellent independent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and professional fluency in English.
