We are seeking a Technical Integration Lead with a broad systemic vision, a proactive mindset and strong cross-functional leadership capabilities.

This role is designed for technologists at heart who want to be at the center of the ecosystem, bridging different technical domains, and driving technology integration and synchronization across Development, Infrastructure, and Information Security departments. The role focuses primarily on matrix leadership, architecture, and managing complex interfaces, with minimal hands-on work.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional tasks, synchronize workflows, and resolve technical bottlenecks across various organizational departments.

• Map and comprehend complex system architectures, defining integration requirements from the characterization phase through to production.

• Interface Management: Work closely with and influence without authority across R&D, Product, Infrastructure, and Cyber Security interfaces.

Requirements:

• +4 years of experience in technical integration or leading technical projects – Mandatory.

• +3 years of experience in building architecture and working in a Cloud environment (AWS / Azure / GCP) – Mandatory.

• Proven experience leading complex system integrations across multiple cross-functional teams. Ability to evaluate system trade-offs and confidently drive strategic architectural decisions. Extensive hands-on experience in large-scale distributed systems within high-traffic production environments.

• Experience leading horizontal, cross-organizational technical processes and standards.

• Proven experience leading Architecture Reviews and Technical Design (including design documentation and stakeholder alignment) for complex systems.

• Good familiarity with Cyber Security concepts and information security architectures.

• Proactive capabilities, high work ethic, real-time problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal communication.

• hands-on experience in large-scale distributed systems within high-traffic production environments.

• Valid security clearance – A major advantage.
