Tech Lead – Microsoft Dynamics 365 | AI-First

NPinaBox is looking for a Tech Lead to help us build the next generation of our product with an AI-first approach.

NPinaBox is a social-tech organization developing a technology platform for nonprofits and social-impact organizations. Our mission is to help nonprofits leverage advanced technology, data, and AI to work smarter and increase their social impact.

We’re looking for an experienced Tech Lead with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 expertise who can both lead and stay hands-on.

A key part of the role will be helping us build an AI-first development approach, integrating AI tools and Agents throughout the development lifecycle – from specification and architecture to implementation, testing and code review.

What we’re looking for:

• Significant experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse and Power Platform

• Experience leading developers or development teams

• Strong hands-on development capabilities

• Experience working with AI tools and Agents, or the ability and motivation to quickly master this space and lead it

• Strong system-level thinking, ownership and independence

• A genuine connection to our mission of using technology to strengthen the nonprofit sector

Full-time or part-time position. Remote, Israel.
