About the Role

A leading global organization is seeking a Technical Operations Project Manager to drive strategic technology initiatives and operational excellence.

This role combines project management, operational governance, and technology adoption. You will work closely with global technology leadership, business stakeholders, and senior executives to drive cross-functional initiatives and support the adoption of innovative technologies across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional technology projects and initiatives from ideation through implementation.

• Manage project roadmaps, priorities, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.

• Track project progress and provide executive-level status updates.

• Manage workflows and tracking processes using Jira.

• Build dashboards, KPIs, management reports, and tracking mechanisms.

• Identify and manage risks, blockers, and organizational dependencies.

• Drive the adoption of new technologies and solutions across the organization.

• Prepare presentations and materials for senior leadership and management.

Requirements

Must Have

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Experience working in a global and cross-functional environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems, or a relevant field.

• 3+ years of experience in technology project management, PMO, or program management.

• Experience working with senior stakeholders, including Directors, VPs, and C-Level executives.

• Experience preparing executive presentations and management reports.

• Strong organizational, communication, and execution skills.

Significant Advantage

• Experience working in a large or global enterprise organization.

• Experience or familiarity with AI, GenAI, Claude, Copilot Studio, or similar platforms.

• Experience with Jira and project management tools.

• Previous experience in technology or strategy consulting.

• Experience with dashboards, KPIs, change management, and technology adoption.
