Technical Operations Specialist

Wanted: Technical Operations Specialist for a High-Tech company in the Sharon area. This is a very rewarding full-time and Hybrid position.

Job Responsibilities:

● Manage, monitor, and maintain development, staging, and production environments across core AWS services, including IAM, S3, CloudFront, Route53, Secrets Manager, and CloudWatch.

● Oversee identity management, user access permissions, platform configurations, and secure environment variable protocols.

● Support continuous deployment processes, validate software releases, and troubleshoot complex environment, configuration, and access issues.

● Partner closely with software developers and engineering leadership to streamline internal procedures, document operational workflows, and implement automation solutions.

Job Requirements:

● 1-3 years of experience in Technical Operations, IT Support, or a related technical role supporting software development environments.

● Hands-on experience with AWS, working knowledge of Linux environments, and proficiency with Git.

● Ability to write and execute basic SQL queries combined with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

● Excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, strong organizational abilities, and a service-oriented approach.

● Advantage: Familiarity with Kubernetes, Devtron, APIs, or basic scripting abilities in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
