Technical Product Manager

The Role:

We are looking for a sharp, execution-driven Technical Product Manager to own our delivery outcomes: product dev lifecycle, sprint execution, and release communications. In this role, you will bridge the gap between Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing, bringing structure, automation, and operational excellence to our R&D engine. You will work closely with data, designer and engineers to push new ideas, define new features and own the cycle of releasing them into production

You will serve as the owner of our Linear workflows and development cycle, ensuring complex B2B Enterprise AI features move smoothly from specification to development, testing, and production. We’re looking for someone who comes from a structured product environment, thrives in a complex B2B SaaS context, and is eager to roll up their sleeves and drive daily execution, strategy and innovation

What You'll Own:

• Delivery Outcomes: Own the day-to-day R&D development flow - leading sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, and retro meetings with developers. Your job is to automate yourself out of the ceremonies, not run them forever.

• Linear Architecture & Workflow Automation: Build, maintain, and optimize our Linear workflows, issue types, release boards, and automated tracking to keep engineering execution seamless and measurable.

• Feature Communication & Documentation: Own how new features and capabilities are communicated across the company and to customers, producing clear release notes, internal enablement guides, and technical documentation.

• Release Operations & Quality Cycles: Partner closely with backend/AI developers to monitor release cycles, track bugs, streamline regression testing, and build automated deployment triggers.

• Cross-Functional Bridge: Serve as the connective tissue between Backend/AI Engineers, Design, and GTM teams to ensure zero friction in feature rollouts.

• Bring new ideas to the table, push both processes and features

What We're Looking For:

• Super High Slope: We care about trajectory more than resume. We're looking for someone who learns absurdly fast, levels up every quarter, and will outgrow this role's original scope within a year. If your last two years don't show steep growth, this probably isn't the fit.

• Experience: at least 2 to 3 years in Product, Product Ops, or as a Technical PM in B2B SaaS or enterprise software would be good to have.

• AI-Native: You don't "use AI tools", you work through them. Release notes, bug triage, sprint reports, Linear automation: your first instinct is to Claude Code the bejeezus out of it. You've built your own workflows and you can't think of why anyone would do it any other way.

• Structured Product Background: Experience working in an established product environment with clear methodologies, where you learned structured PM/Scrum processes.

• Linear/Jira Power User: Deep proficiency in Linear or similar tools, sprint management, backlog prioritization, and workflow automation.

• Technical B2B / Enterprise Context: Comfortable engaging in deep technical discussions with backend and AI engineers, understanding complex B2B SaaS architectures, workflows, and API integrations.

• Execution Focus: A self-motivated executor who proactively identifies process bottlenecks, takes complete ownership of solutions, and gets things done independently.

• Clear Technical Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating complex AI/engineering updates into clear release notes and product updates.
