Technical Project Manager (25611)

End-to-end leadership of complex tech projects in from planning to deployment and operation. Requires strong tech background, risk/budget/timeline management, and stakeholder orchestration in a government environment.

Responsibilities

• Lifecycle Management: Lead project scope, Gantt charts, milestones, and budgets from initiation to production.

• CI/CD: Track progress, prioritize workstreams, and report data-driven status updates to executives.

• Technical Integration: Translate technical requirements into work plans; oversee CI/CD, environments, and dev/DevOps/security alignment.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Align internal teams, government agencies, and public sector partners.

• Vendor & Contract Management: Oversee vendors, procurement, and budgets ensuring quality and timeline adherence.

• Risk & Quality: Manage risks/blockers (security, regulatory, scope changes) and implement lessons-learned processes.

Requirements

• Education: B.Sc. in Computer Science/Engineering, Industrial Engineering (IS), IS Management, or any B.Sc. + 300+ hours in advanced IS coursework.

• Experience: 4+ years managing complex tech projects.

• Tech Domain: Background in software dev, testing, version control, and cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
