We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join a large and well-established enterprise organization in the Central District.

About the Role: The role involves leading end-to-end IT projects—from planning, tender processes, and requirements analysis, to building Gantt charts and work plans, managing budgets, timelines, multiple vendors, and stakeholders, through to testing, implementation, and customer delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver complex IT and technology projects from initiation to deployment.

• Define project scope, requirements, work plans, Gantt charts, budgets, and schedules.

• Manage tenders, external vendors, subcontractors, and cross-functional organizational interfaces.

• Oversee project lifecycle phases including system analysis, testing, integration, and user rollout.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in managing and controlling end-to-end technology projects.

• Proven experience working with various project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

• In-depth knowledge of project management tools, frameworks, and work-plan execution.

• Extensive experience in vendor management, subcontractor oversight, and cross-departmental collaboration.

• Strong cross-functional leadership skills (leading without formal authority), holistic business vision, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
