Technical Project Manager – CRM & Digital Platforms - position no. 1673

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the coordination, oversight, and delivery of cross-organizational technology initiatives. The team is responsible for CRM & Digital platforms and core business systems that support company operations, working closely with business stakeholders, product managers, technology teams, vendors, and partners.

This role is central to ensuring project momentum, aligning all stakeholders, and maintaining full managerial transparency throughout the lifecycle of each initiative.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent technology projects and initiatives, from requirements through implementation - tracking tasks, milestones, risks, and dependencies

• Work closely with product managers, business stakeholders, and owners to understand needs, align expectations, and drive business solutions

• Orchestrate interfaces across development, architecture, DevOps, QA, infrastructure, and vendor teams - removing blockers and advancing delivery processes

• Manage project plans, ongoing control, status reporting, and executive updates - ensuring full visibility into project progress

• Lead prioritization processes, decision-making, and cross-functional coordination across all involved parties

• Drive process improvement, standardization, and adoption of advanced methodologies across Digital, CRM, and business systems domains

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience managing technology projects and leading cross-organizational processes

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering & Management, Computer Science or a related field

• Experience working with multiple business and technology stakeholders in an Agile environment

• Strong ability to manage, prioritize, and advance multiple tasks and projects in parallel

• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and project management/control tools

• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills across diverse stakeholder groups

Advantages:
