Technical Project Manager

This position involves end to end project ownership, including planning, execution, monitoring, stakeholder management, and delivery, while ensuring projects meet timeline, budget, and quality objectives.

What will you do:

• Lead and manage technology projects end-to-end, from requirements and planning through execution and delivery

• Coordinate day-to-day activities across Development, QA, Product, UX/UI, DevOps, Support, and additional stakeholders

• Lead Agile/Scrum processes, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Daily Meetings, and Sprint Retrospectives

• Manage project timelines, priorities, task allocation, budgets, and overall delivery progress

• Work closely with clients, business stakeholders, and management to align expectations, provide ongoing updates, and ensure successful project delivery

• Identify project risks and potential weak points, and proactively drive preventive solutions

• Track project KPIs, prepare status reports, and analyze performance against defined goals

• Document processes, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement across project teams

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience managing Software / IT projects, including working in an Agile environment- Must

• Experience leading and driving Development, QA, UI/UX, and Support teams- Must

• Strong hands- on knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Backlog management and writing User Stories- Must

• Experience working with Jira, Monday, or similar project management tools- Must

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, assertiveness, and a problem- solving mindset- Must

• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and lead processes in a high- pressure, multi- tasking environment- Must

• PMP certification- Significant Advantage

• Experience leading projects for large clients- Advantage

• Technical background or understanding of DevOps, databases, coding, and system integrations- Significant Advantage
