Technical Recruiter

Compie is seeking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The role includes intake sessions with hiring managers, targeted sourcing, in-depth phone interviews, and candidate onboarding, with full training into the tech recruitment domain provided.

Requirements

• 1+/- year of experience in high-volume recruitment, sales, or phone customer service - Mandatory

• Bachelor's degree (Human Resources, Social Sciences, Behavioral Sciences, Psychology, Marketing, etc.) - Mandatory

• Tech orientation, passion for recruitment, and strong learning agility - Mandatory

• Ability to work under pressure, manage multi-tasking, and think creatively

• High-level English proficiency - Significant Advantage
