Liacom Systems is looking for a Technology Recruiter to join our team!

💼 About the Role

The role includes recruiting for a variety of technology positions, including positions for clients in the government and defense sectors as part of government tenders.

You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process end-to-end – from understanding position requirements and eligibility criteria, through sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and accompanying candidates throughout the process, to successfully filling the position.

📍 Location: Holon

The company is expected to relocate to new offices in central Israel within the next few months.

🔎 Requirements

• At least 2 years of proven experience in technology recruitment – required

• Experience recruiting through social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Facebook

• Proven experience managing and supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting phone and face-to-face interviews, and checking references through to successful placement

• Experience working directly and independently with clients

• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel; experience with HUNTER recruitment system – an advantage

• Experience working with the government and defense sectors – a significant advantage

• Strong task-oriented approach, excellent intuition, and ability to work independently

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
