We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment function and team. If you come from technical staffing, outsourcing, or software house environments and are looking for a meaningful management role with a strong hands-on approach – we want to hear from you!

What Will You Do?

• Lead and manage a team of recruiters, including job allocation and priority management.

• Set recruitment targets, manage KPIs, track performance, and drive results.

• Recruit for a wide range of High-Tech positions including Development, DevOps, Cyber, Data, and more.

• Work directly with clients and hiring managers.

• Build, implement, and continuously improve recruitment processes and methodologies.

• Train, mentor, and professionally develop team members.

• Leverage advanced recruitment tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and AI-powered sourcing tools.

What Are We Looking For?

• Experience: 4+ years of experience in technical recruitment.

• Background: Proven experience in a technical staffing agency, outsourcing company, software house, or IT services company – mandatory.

• Management: Previous experience managing or leading a recruitment team.

• Capabilities: Proven ability to meet targets, build processes, and combine strong management skills with a hands-on approach.

• Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong leadership and motivation abilities, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a strong business and service orientation.

• Major Advantage: Experience managing a recruitment team in a high-volume environment and working with multiple clients simultaneously.
