Technical Solutions Team Lead

We are hiring a Technical Solutions Team Lead for a fintech company located in central Israel, offering a hybrid work model with two days from home

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead a technical team while maintaining hands-on involvement in technological activities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

• Work with APIs, SQL, Logs, Networking, Cloud environments, AWS, and modern SaaS platforms

• Manage Production Monitoring, Alerting, and Incident Management processes

• Develop operational Playbooks and implement automation and AI-based tools

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 5 years of experience in hands-on technological roles, including 3 years of experience managing technological teams

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Good understanding of APIs, SQL, Logs, Networking, and Cloud environments

• Experience working with AWS and modern SaaS environments

• Hands-on experience with Production Monitoring, Alerting, Incident Management, operational Playbooks, automation, and AI-based tools
