Technological Operations Lead- 2613

 Management and leadership of technological operations and projects.

 Planning and execution of models and integration between technology, intelligence, and field requirements.

 Operation and implementation of complex technological systems-including field work.

 Matrix task management, leadership, and teamwork.

Requirements:

 Electrical and Electronics Engineer- preference for RF/ Communications specialization.

 Experience in RF/Antennas/ Communications/ cellular- an advantage.  Willingness for intensive work, non-standard hours, and working under pressure.

 Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew.

 High service awareness and excellent interpersonal skills.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Broad vision, responsibility, curiosity, creative thinking, initiative, and resourcefulness.

 Command experience and field unit service in the IDF- an advantage.

 Experience in managing fast TTM (Time-to-market) projects- an advantage.
