About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Integration Manager to serve as the ultimate engineering authority for our UAV platforms and systems. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design, integration, performance, and reliability of complex, multidisciplinary aerial capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engineering Authority: Serve as the engineering authority for the UAV platform and system, with end-to-end responsibility for design, integration, performance, and reliability of all system components.

• Multidisciplinary Leadership: Lead the development of the aerial vehicle across all disciplines, including system architecture, software and hardware infrastructure, propulsion and energy systems, communications and navigation, ensuring future scalability and modularity.

• Technical Coordination: Coordinate technical activities across all engineering disciplines.

• System Architecture & Requirements: Lead system-requirements analysis processes, derivation of subsystem requirements, evaluation of engineering alternatives, and long-term technical decision-making.

• Execution & Delivery: Be responsible for meeting quality, schedule, and budget goals while ensuring a robust, reliable, and maintainable platform over time.

• Strategic Roadmap: Act as a strategic partner to program and division management in defining the technological roadmap, platform upgrades, and future capabilities.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science – Mandatory

(Aeronautical Engineering – Strong Advantage).

Master’s degree – Advantage.

• UAV Experience: Significant experience with UAV systems – Mandatory.

• Domain Expertise: Familiarity with electronic warfare (EW) systems – Advantage.

• Managerial experience: Proven ability to lead teams, motivate professionals, and work in a multidisciplinary environment.

• System-Level Vision: Strong system-level understanding and ability to maintain a big-picture view of complex platforms while addressing technical details.

• Execution Skills: High multitasking ability and experience managing multiple technological interfaces.

• Process Mastery: Experience in customer-requirements analysis, internal-requirements derivation, and leading system-design processes.
