A leading classified technology organization in Central Israel is looking for a Technology Operations Specialist to join the Operations Department within its Technology Division.

The role combines operational coordination in a technology environment, computerized systems, delivery coordination, inventory and warehouse management, process monitoring, and ongoing collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate operational processes within the Technology Division

• Work with various computerized systems

• Coordinate and monitor deliveries

• Manage and maintain computerized inventory and warehouse processes

• Track tasks, workflows, and operational processes

• Manage administrative and operational processes

• Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders

• Provide ongoing service and support throughout operational processes

• Follow processes through to successful completion

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience – required

• Experience coordinating, monitoring, and controlling work processes – required

• Experience managing operational and/or administrative processes – required

• Experience providing service and working with multiple stakeholders – required

• Experience working with computerized systems

• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities

• Detail-oriented with a strong service and technology mindset

• Valid civilian Level 1 security clearance – required

Education – One of the Following Is Required

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering

• Another bachelor's degree combined with at least 150 hours of Information Systems training

• Practical Engineering diploma in Computer Science / Technology

• At least 200 hours of relevant professional computer/technology training

• Graduate of a recognized military technology unit with relevant technology experience, subject to applicable approval
