About the Role

We are looking for a Technology Project Manager to lead cross-functional technology projects with organization-wide impact.

In this role, you will manage projects end-to-end, from planning and execution through implementation and delivery, while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex technology projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, risks, and success metrics.

• Coordinate activities across Development, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Business Units, and external vendors.

• Monitor project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure successful delivery.

• Prepare project status updates and executive presentations for senior management.

• Facilitate decision-making and effectively manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 2–3+ years of experience managing technology projects.

• Proven experience working in a cross-functional, matrix environment.

• Strong understanding of software development, infrastructure, or enterprise systems.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Advantages

• Experience with Jira or similar project management tools.

• PMP certification or equivalent project management training.

• Experience leading enterprise-wide technology projects.

• Familiarity with insurance business processes and systems is a strong advantage.
