The unit is responsible for the development, design, and implementation of IBI SMART, as well as trading-support systems and additional technological solutions.

What You'll Do

• Manage and lead end-to-end technology projects, from initiation through launch, while driving creativity and innovation.

• Develop a strong technological understanding of system components and identify potential failure points and technical gaps.

• Work closely with development teams, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams.

• Drive collaboration across internal teams, build cross-functional partnerships, and manage external vendors while ensuring targets and deadlines are met.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of previous experience managing technology projects – required.

• Bachelor's degree – an advantage, preferably in Industrial Engineering & Management or Information Systems.

• Strong technological understanding – required.

• Familiarity with the financial industry / capital markets – an advantage.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English – required.
