Technology Project Manager

A growing startup located in the Bar-Lev Industrial Park is looking for a Technical Project Manager with a strong technical background and the ability to lead tasks and processes from requirements definition through successful project completion.

We are looking for a hands-on, organized, and execution-driven professional who can manage multiple priorities, solve problems, and independently drive projects forward in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage technology projects from requirements definition through final delivery.

• Develop project plans and define tasks, schedules, and milestones.

• Monitor project progress and ensure that objectives and deadlines are met.

• Identify risks and bottlenecks, drive solutions, and follow up through closure.

• Prioritize tasks and prepare project status reports.

• Work with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers in Israel and abroad.

• Participate in system integration, testing, and implementation activities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, robotics, or a related technical field — required.

• Experience managing technology projects or leading complex multidisciplinary processes — a significant advantage.

• Technical military background or experience in the defense industry — a significant advantage.

• Strong planning, organizational, prioritization, and task-tracking skills.

• Ability to drive people and processes without direct authority.

• Hands-on approach, personal accountability, and the ability to move tasks forward quickly.

• Ability to work independently in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.

• Good command of both Hebrew and English.
