Technology Project Manager

We are hiring a Technology Project Manager for a government organization located in Jerusalem/central Israel

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading complex and multi-system technological projects end-to-end, from the initiation and specification stage through production, implementation, and transition to operations

• Managing work plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, and project milestones

• Leading integrations and Delivery processes while working with Development, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Information Security teams

• Synchronizing between government and public entities and managing vendors and engagements

• Monitoring deliverable quality and ensuring compliance with project objectives, schedules, and requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• 4 years of experience or more in managing complex IT and technology projects

• Experience and understanding of software development, testing, integration, CI/CD, version management, Production, and system operations processes

• Familiarity with public cloud infrastructures such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and working with DevOps, Infrastructure, and Information Security teams

• Experience in building and managing work plans, Gantt charts, budgets, milestones, risks, and dependencies in projects with multiple interfaces

• Experience in managing vendors, contracts, and work scopes, including monitoring performance, deliverable quality, and schedules
