Mertens Malam Team is hiring a Telephony, IVR & Communications Engineer to join a leading organization in Azor

The role includes leading the implementation and maintenance of IVR systems, Contact Center platforms, and enterprise communication infrastructure, with a strong focus on designing and developing complex IVR scenarios and Data-Driven integrations

Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and maintenance of IVR systems, Contact Center platforms, and enterprise communication infrastructure

Design and develop complex IVR scenarios and Data-Driven integrations

Work with Genesys, SBC, SIP, Cisco ACI, Cisco DNA Center, Cisco ISE, and REST API

Work with advanced AI technologies in telephony, including Voicebots, Conversational IVR, and STT/TTS

Manage enterprise communication infrastructure

Troubleshoot complex communication issues

Optimize call traffic and improve Customer Experience

Requirements

3 to 5 years of experience as a Telephony & Communications Engineer or Voice & Network Engineer in a medium to large organization

Proven experience designing, implementing, maintaining, and developing complex IVR scenarios and Data-Driven integrations

Experience working with SBC, managing SIP Trunks, and strong knowledge of SIP

Hands-on experience managing Cisco environments, Cisco ACI, and Cisco DNA Center / Catalyst Center

Hands-on experience managing NAC systems such as Cisco ISE

Familiarity with AI technologies in telephony
