Role Description-
• Serving as a Senior Semiconductor Test / Product & Verification Engineer, reporting directly to the Team Lead and taking end-to-end engineering ownership over production test programs and silicon verification.
• Developing, optimizing, and maintaining Production Test Programs for complex semiconductor devices, mixed-signal SoCs, and IoT microchips.
• Designing and verifying custom test hardware interfaces for Wafer Probing / Wafer Sort and Final Test (FT) environments.
• Operating, programming, and developing on advanced Automated Test Equipment (ATE) platforms, specifically Advantest V93000 (Advantest 93k) and SmarTest 8.
• Conducting deep-dive statistical analysis of massive production test datasets to identify yield trends, optimize test time, drive root-cause failure analysis, and maximize manufacturing Yield.
• Partnering cross-functionally across ASIC Design, Digital Verification, DFT, Layout, and Foundry/OSAT teams to support New Product Introduction (NPI) from tape-out and early silicon bring-up to high-volume mass production.
• Contributing to digital verification flows, testbench modeling, and hardware-software interaction debugging to ensure uncompromising silicon quality and reliability.
Requirements-
• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline – Mandatory
• Hands-on industry background in Semiconductor Test Engineering, ATE Test Program Development, or ASIC/SoC Verification (5+ years) – Mandatory
• Proven hands-on experience developing and debugging test solutions on Advantest 93000 (V93000) / SmarTest (SmarTest 7 / SmarTest 8) or equivalent high-end ATE platforms – Mandatory
• Proficiency in digital design principles, RTL architectures (Verilog / VHDL / SystemVerilog), and hardware simulation/verification flows – Mandatory
• Hands-on experience with hardware/testbench methodologies (e.g., SystemVerilog, UVM, constrained-random verification, or DFT/ATPG patterns) – Mandatory
• Experience with industry-standard EDA tools and environments (Synopsys, Cadence, or Mentor/Siemens) – Mandatory
• Strong statistical data analysis skills, yield optimization expertise, and component-level debugging capabilities for complex silicon hardware – Mandatory
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills in English – Mandatory
