Our operations combine advanced robotics, software, communications, and mission-critical field deployments to provide reliable autonomous drone services worldwide. As we expand our operational capabilities, we are building a dedicated Tier 3 Integration & Support team focused on advanced troubleshooting, system integration, operational excellence and continuous improvement across customer deployments and internal systems. We are looking for a highly technical and operationally driven Tier 3 Integration & Support Engineer to join our Operations department. This role serves as the highest escalation level for complex technical issues involving autonomous drone systems, software platforms, networking, integrations and operational workflows. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities with hands-on system integration experience and cross-functional collaboration skills. You will work closely with Operations and R&D to ensure reliable system performance and successful customer operations.
Requirements: • Experience in Tier 3 support, system integration, technical operations, or similar technical roles. • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities across software and hardware systems. • Experience with networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls, routing, wireless communication). • Familiarity with Linux-based systems and command-line tools. • Understanding of APIs, system integrations and client-server architectures. • Ability to analyze logs, telemetry and operational data. • Experience working directly with physical systems in lab, field, production, or customer environments. • Strong technical orientation and willingness to work hands-on with systems, equipment, and field setups. • Experience with UAV / robotics / defense / autonomous systems - significant advantage. Advantages : • Experience with robotics, drones, autonomous systems or mission-critical platforms. • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and remote monitoring systems. • Experience working in operational or industrial environments. • Scripting or automation experience (Python, Bash, etc.) is an advantage. • Experience supporting global deployments and customer-facing operations.
