TOT Project Manager

Land & IMI is looking for a TOT Project Manager to lead knowledge transfer and production transfer processes with suppliers worldwide. The role includes leading onboarding and training activities, managing cross-functional interfaces, and driving technological projects in a dynamic and advanced environment.

In this role you will

Lead Transfer Of Technology processes and supplier onboarding activities

Manage supplier training, knowledge transfer, and ramp-up processes

Work closely with engineering, operations, quality, and procurement teams

Support NPI activities and implementation of engineering changes

Monitor quality, risks, milestones, and project timelines

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

Experience in production transfer, supplier onboarding, or technological knowledge transfer processes - Advantage

Experience in defense or advanced technological industry - Advantage

High level of English

Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills

Systems thinking and ability to work independently
