Trade Compliance Manager

For our Yokneam site, we are seeking a Trade Compliance Manager to join a System

:Responsibilities

Provide End Use/Users statements for the company's controlled purchase orders

Ensure compliance of controlled purchase orders and related controlled items

Hold end to end responsibility for compliance processes within Elbit's Land Division

Develop new work processes, maintain record keeping and effective database

Maintain direct communication with suppliers, governmental entities locally and internationally

Provide solutions and coordinate with customs and classification authorities.

Supporting complex and sensitive controlled logistics processes

Ensuring full compliance with company’s regulation program, which includes trainings, controls, tracking tasks, preparing and writing procedures

:Requirements

Academic degree in Law / Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Economics / Business Administration or other related field – an advantage

At least three years of experience working in defense compliance environment.

Familiarity with applicable EU and U.S. control laws, including the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”) and International Trade Arms Regulations ("ITAR") regional and local regulations – Great advantage

Strong understanding of complex processes, creative thinking, ability to meet deadlines, high service orientation and leadership skills

Advanced English and fluent Hebrew skills

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

High proficiency in Excel
