Training Center Coordinator - Junior Position

Systematics, a leading provider of engineering and software solutions, is looking for a Junior Training Center Coordinator to join our Training Center in Ramat Hahayal, Tel Aviv.

This is a varied role combining course operations, customer interaction, and sales support in a technology-oriented B2B environment.

What will you do?

• Coordinate and operate professional training courses for B2B customers

• Communicate with customers and participants before, during, and after courses

• Promote courses and help increase registrations and participating companies

• Follow up with potential customers and identify new opportunities

• Handle course logistics, registrations, and ongoing communication

• Collect feedback and help improve the training experience

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree - required

• 0–2 years of experience - graduates are welcome

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Service-oriented approach with a sales mindset

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks

• Proactive, responsible, and motivated to learn

• Comfortable working in a technology-oriented environment
