Validation Engineer

Hanegbi Engineering is looking for experienced Validation Engineers to join our team.

Job Description:

- Author and implement validation documentation, and perform qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) for equipment and systems.

- Develop and write standard operating procedures (SOPs), as well as operation and maintenance procedures for systems and equipment.

- Provide engineering support to plant departments, including troubleshooting and driving process improvements for operational efficiency.

- Work on-site at leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturing facilities.

- Collaborate closely with plant engineers and Validation Department managers.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or Practical Engineering diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Biotechnology – required.

- 1–3 years of experience as a Validation Engineer.

- Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.

- Knowledge and experience in reading and interpreting engineering diagrams (P&ID) – an advantage.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

- Strong command of English (written and verbal) – required.

- Knowledge of writing validation protocols.
