What does the position include?

• Accompanying clients and audit teams in a variety of valuation projects, including transactions, financial reporting processes, and complex business processes.

• Preparing valuations for financial reporting purposes, IFRS, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raisings, purchase price allocations (PPA), and impairment tests.

• Engaging in ongoing collaboration with senior management, CFOs, accountants, professional consultants, and diverse interfaces within the firm.

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of experience in the field of valuations – Must.

• Experience in financial departments of the BIG4 and/or financial consulting firms – Must.

• In-depth mastery of valuation methodologies and building complex financial models.

• Experience in preparing and reviewing valuations for financial reporting purposes in accordance with IFRS, USGAAP, and Israeli standards (including PPA, Impairment tests, financial instruments, and derivatives).

• Experience working with high-tech companies, startups, venture capital funds, investment funds, or public companies – Advantage.

• High level of English.

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance. Master's degree – Advantage.

• CPA and/or CFA license – Significant advantage.
