The investment focus is on pre-seed and seed-stage opportunities in oncology, autoimmune, and inflammatory disorders, aiming to deliver life-changing therapies to patients. Role Description The Venture Analyst / R&D Project Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting the evaluation, development, and management of early-stage biotech ventures. Day-to-day activities include conducting scientific and market research on potential therapeutic opportunities, analyzing data from preclinical and clinical studies, and preparing investment memos and project reports. The role coordinates R&D project plans, timelines, and milestones across internal teams and external partners, including academic labs, CROs, and consultants. The individual will help structure and manage experiments, track progress against development objectives, and ensure clear communication of risks, resources, and outcomes to leadership. This position also contributes to portfolio strategy, assists in due diligence for new investments, and supports long-term planning to advance assets through regulatory milestones. Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to evaluate scientific data, market potential, and development risks.

• Candidates should possess Research and Development (R&D) experience, including familiarity with experimental design, development pipelines, and translational science.

• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear scientific writing, presentation abilities, and stakeholder coordination.

• Candidates should possess Laboratory Skills relevant to biomedical or life science research, such as basic assay execution and data documentation.

• Advanced degree in life sciences (e.g., PhD, MD, MS, or equivalent experience) or a strong background in biotechnology, pharmacology, or related fields is preferred.

• Experience with early-stage venture environments, biotech startups, or healthcare investing is beneficial.

• Ability to manage multiple projects remotely, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively across interdisciplinary teams.

• Familiarity with drug development, FDA regulatory pathways, and therapeutic areas such as oncology, autoimmune, or inflammatory disorders is an advantage.
