Verification Team Leader

A leading technology company is looking for a Verification Team Leader to lead a team of engineers working on complex ASIC and FPGA systems.

The company develops advanced communication solutions and high-performance silicon-based systems. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines team management with approximately 50% technical involvement, ownership of end-to-end verification processes, and close collaboration with architecture, software, and validation teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and professionally lead a Verification team of approximately 10 engineers.

• Combine team leadership with approximately 50% hands-on technical work.

• Lead verification activities for complex ASIC and FPGA systems.

• Define and implement advanced verification strategies and methodologies.

• Own verification processes throughout the development lifecycle, from concept through delivery.

• Work with high-speed interfaces, network processors, and SoCs.

• Collaborate closely with Architecture, Software, and Validation teams.

• Mentor engineers and support their professional development.

• Drive execution, quality, and technical excellence across the team.

Required Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science – must.

• 7+ years of experience in Verification – must.

• Proven experience with a full ASIC flow, from development through tapeout – must.

• Strong ability to lead a team toward technical goals and high-quality execution.

• Previous managerial experience or significant technical leadership experience.
