Utron is looking for a VP Operations to lead the company’s operational organization and serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team. The role includes overall responsibility for Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Production Planning and Project Engineering, supporting complex projects in Israel and worldwide while driving efficiency, profitability, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s operational strategy and plans.

• Lead Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Production Planning and Project Engineering.

• Manage and develop leaders across multiple operational functions.

• Strengthen cross-functional collaboration between Engineering, Projects, Sales, Operations and Service.

• Drive continuous improvement through KPIs and data-driven management.

• Improve delivery performance, inventory levels, project execution, and profitability.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering & Management.

• 8+ years of experience in senior Operations Management roles within a manufacturing company

• Proven experience managing multiple operational functions and managers.

• Significant experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Production Planning, and complex project environments.

• Experience leading organizational change and operational improvement.

• Strong technical and system-level understanding in multidisciplinary engineering environments.

• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and execution capabilities.

• Experience in automation, electromechanical systems, intralogistics, or system integration – an advantage.
