Comblack is hiring a Telephony Systems Support Specialist for a large enterprise in Central Israel! 🚀

Providing end-to-end support and maintenance for enterprise telephony systems, managing Call Center platforms, and leading technical tasks in collaboration with telecom vendors and cross-functional teams.

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience in the telephony and data communications domain – Mandatory

• Proven hands-on experience working with Cisco Telephony / CUCM systems – Mandatory

• Deep technical experience with Call Center systems, IVR (Interactive Voice Response), and Real-Time monitoring tools – Mandatory

• Significant advantage for hands-on familiarity with Linux, Windows Server, and TCP/IP networking protocols

• Advantage for familiarity with Information Security principles & telecom security
