About the Role

A financial group operating in financial services and FinTech is looking for an experienced VP Product to lead its product strategy and organization across the Group.

The Group is expanding its digital capabilities, building automated B2C customer journeys, and developing a proprietary in-house trading platform.

We are looking for a senior Product leader with strong B2C, FinTech, UX/UI, and technology experience, combined with proven leadership capabilities and experience building and leading Product teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the Group’s Product Strategy, Roadmap, prioritization and KPIs, with ownership of the end-to-end B2C customer journey, from onboarding and KYC through funding, trading, withdrawals and self-service.

• Drive a unified Product framework, priorities, and ways of working across the Group’s different brands and business units, ensuring alignment between Product, Technology, and business objectives.

• Lead the product vision for Mobile, Web, and the Group’s proprietary trading platform, setting high standards for UX/UI, automation, customer experience, and business outcomes.

• Build, lead and develop the Product organization, including Product Managers and Product leaders, while creating clear ownership, priorities and ways of working.

• Use customer behavior, funnel analysis, conversion metrics and product data to identify opportunities, set priorities and drive product decisions and continuous improvement.

• Lead cross-functional initiatives and work closely with Technology, business functions and senior stakeholders across the organization to deliver complex, scalable, multi-system solutions.

• Drive alignment, prioritization and execution across multiple teams, brands, business units and stakeholders in a complex business and technology environment.

Mandatory Requirements

• At least 7 years of Product Management experience, including significant experience in senior Product leadership roles such as VP Product, Head of Product or Product Director.

• Proven experience directly managing and developing Product Managers and Product leaders, including building and scaling Product teams.

• Significant proven experience building automated end-to-end B2C customer journeys, including Digital Onboarding, KYC, Payments and Money Movement.

• Experience in FinTech, Financial Services or a similar financial technology environment.

• Strong data-driven Product Management capabilities, with proven experience using customer behavior, funnels, conversion metrics and product data to drive prioritization and decision-making.

• Significant experience with Mobile and Web products, combined with deep UX/UI and Product Design understanding.

• Strong technological orientation and proven experience leading complex technology products involving development teams, APIs, integrations and multiple systems.

• Strong stakeholder management skills and proven ability to lead and influence across multiple functions, business units and seniority levels.

Significant Advantage

• Strong experience in Brokerage, Trading Platforms or Capital Markets, particularly in product roles closely related to trading environments.

• Experience building, leading or significantly contributing to a trading platform product.

• Strong knowledge of capital markets, brokerage and trading processes.
