A rapidly scaling Computer Vision & Video Analytics startup developing a pioneering, zero-code generative AI platform that transforms standard surveillance networks into autonomous threat-detection and operational intelligence arrays.

Backed by a substantial Seed funding round, the elite company has already deployed its platform across global critical infrastructure, enterprise networks, and large-scale facilities.

Located in a modern tech campus (exceptionally accessible, situated immediately adjacent to a main train station) and operating on a hybrid model with two days of remote work per week.

Position Overview-

• VP of R&D / Director of Engineering (Founding Leader) taking complete technological and operational ownership over the entire R&D division, reporting directly to the CEO & Co-Founder.

• Balancing high-level strategic architecture and delivery governance with approx. 30% hands-on technical execution alongside an elite team of researchers and engineers (including an Algorithms Team Lead).

• Scaling the production platform, standardizing robust delivery cycles under real-world conditions, and steering groundbreaking innovations across large vision-language models and agentic automation.

Requirements-

• 6+ years of proven professional experience in backend software or algorithm engineering, with a mandatory specialization in Computer Vision, Video Analytics, or advanced Deep Learning over the past decade - Mandatory

• Extensive structural leadership experience managing teams of 10+ engineers or multidisciplinary R&D groups - Mandatory

• Senior engineering background coming out of high-growth Startup environments (Startup DNA), demonstrating a track record of building and executing product visions from inception to global production - Mandatory

• Deep technical familiarity or conceptual mastery in Agentic AI, Vision-Language Models (VLM), and real-time streaming video architectures - Mandatory
