We are hiring a UI Game Designer

We’re looking for a designer who wants to do more than create beautiful screens.

We’re looking for someone who can design, build, animate, experiment, and help shape the player experience from idea to finished game.

We are 8Rabbits, an elite iGaming studio creating a new generation of original games for the global real money casino market. With established agreements with a tier 1 aggregator and operators, we’re building a unique portfolio of casino experiences from the ground up.

As we expand our creative team, we’re looking for talented UI Game Designers, with strong Unity skills as a huge plus, who want to put their mark on games played by real players around the world.

What you’ll do

• For new and existing games, create experiences, not just screens. Shape look, feel, movement, and response to the player, from the first interaction to the final win.

• Design compelling UI for online casino games, including layouts, HUDs, betting interfaces, game flows, menus, interactions, and player feedback.

• Work closely with product, development, game design, and marketing, with the opportunity to influence the final product rather than simply execute someone else’s specification.

• Use AI and emerging creative tools to explore ideas, accelerate production, and push the quality of what we create.

You’ll probably feel at home here if you have

• 3+ years of professional UI design experience, ideally in gaming.

• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, with the ability to create, adapt, and refine high quality visual assets as part of your everyday workflow.

• Advanced Figma skills, with the ability to create polished, production ready layouts, components, design systems, and interactive prototypes.

• Experience using AI assisted creative tools to explore ideas, accelerate production, and improve creative output.

• An understanding of game UX, player psychology, visual hierarchy, usability, interaction design, and player feedback.

• The ability to work independently, take feedback constructively, challenge ideas when you have a better solution, and iterate quickly.

• Fluent English and the ability to communicate ideas clearly and confidently.

Even better if you also have

• Hands on Unity experience, not just familiarity. If you’re comfortable implementing game UI, building interactions, and creating animations and visual effects directly in Unity, make sure we know that.

• If you have experience designing casino, poker, card, or wagering games, make sure we know it.

• Strong motion graphics or video editing skills.

• Experience building advanced interactive prototypes.

• HTML/CSS knowledge.
